HOW IT WORKS
From first call to booked revenue. No mystery in between.
Here’s exactly what happens after you say yes — step by step, no black box.
1
Discovery call (30 min)
We ask about your market, current lead or sales volume, close rate, and what a “good” customer looks like for you. If we don’t think we can help, we say so on this call — not after you’ve paid.
2
Account audit & setup
We review or build your Meta and Google ad accounts, install the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and connect tracking so every lead is tied back to the ad, keyword, or audience that produced it.
3
Campaign launch
We launch across your funnel — cold audiences who don’t know you yet, warm audiences who’ve engaged before, and hot audiences actively searching for what you sell right now.
4
Tracking & reporting
You get a plain-English report: cost per lead, cost per sale, and ROAS. No “engagement” or “impressions” dressed up as results.
5
Ongoing optimization
We adjust budget, audiences, and creative on a set cadence based on what’s actually converting into booked jobs, demos, and orders — not what’s getting the most clicks.
THE PART MOST AGENCIES SKIP
Pixel, Conversions API, and CRM tagging — explained without the acronym soup
The Pixel
A small piece of tracking code on your site that tells Meta and Google what happened after someone clicked an ad — did they call, fill out a form, or leave. Without it, we’re guessing.
Conversions API
A second, server-side copy of that same tracking data. Browsers and ad blockers increasingly block the Pixel alone — this backup channel means we don’t lose track of your leads when they do.
CRM tagging
Every lead gets tagged with the exact ad and audience that produced it inside your CRM — ServiceTitan, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or whatever you run. That’s how we know which campaigns turn into real revenue, not just form fills.
Most agencies skip this and optimize toward cheap clicks instead of real customers. We built our reporting around it from day one.
